IT Specialist

Position Summary:
The IT Specialist is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving the organization’s technology systems. This includes hardware, software, networks, and user support. The role ensures smooth day-to-day operations and supports long-term IT infrastructure goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and networks
• Provide technical support.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
• Ensure data security and perform regular backups
• Maintain documentation for systems, processes, and user guides
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers for IT solutions
• Assist in planning and implementing IT upgrades and projects

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Proven experience in IT support or systems administration
• Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux systems, networking, and cybersecurity
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
