What they need
Eventoria Events & Concepts is looking for an IT Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi (office-based).
We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, project-driven environment - ideally with experience in events, agencies, or similar industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day IT support (hardware, software, network troubleshooting)
- Maintain and secure company systems, devices, and data
- Set up and support IT needs for on-site activations and events
- Manage user access, accounts, and IT documentation
- Liaise with vendors for equipment, licensing, and repairs
- Support the team with day-to-day tech issues and onboarding new hires' equipment
Requirements:
- Proven experience in IT support or systems administration
- In-depth knowledge of SharePoint and project folder structure/management
- Comfortable supporting Apple devices (Mac OS environment)
- Background in events is preferred
- Available to start immediately
- Must hold own UAE visa
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
