About EPX

EPX Limited is a global leader in building performance optimisation. Our EDGE platform powers energy and operational efficiency across real estate in 26 countries, helping reduce waste and improve outcomes. With bold growth ambitions, a customer-first mindset, and trusted expertise, we’re driving the transition to a net zero built environment — one building at a time.

The role:

We are looking for an IT Specialist to manage and maintain EPX’s IT infrastructure, documentation, policies and procedures, while providing practical technical support to internal stakeholders. This role plays a key part in keeping our systems secure, reliable and efficient across our global operations, supporting cybersecurity compliance, user access, enterprise applications and day-to-day IT service delivery.

What you’ll do:

  • Administer and maintain servers, cloud services, enterprise applications, hardware and software systems.
  • Monitor system performance, manage IT tickets, run diagnostics and maintenance, and support reliable system uptime.
  • Manage user access permissions, including onboarding staff onto IT systems and supporting identity management processes.
  • Support cybersecurity and compliance by evaluating risks, monitoring security protocols, and helping protect company data and systems.
  • Maintain IT policies, procedures and technical documentation in partnership with the Head of IT, Manufacturing & Compliance.
  • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for hardware, software and network issues, including support by phone, email and in person.
  • Train and guide staff on IT tools, cybersecurity awareness and best-practice use of company systems.
  • Prepare technical reports, KPIs and updates for senior stakeholders in clear, business-friendly language.

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field, with relevant IT certifications preferred.
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration and end-user support roles.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Intune, Exchange, cloud platforms and enterprise applications.
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, data privacy, firewalls, protocols, backups, networking and device management.
  • Proven ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues across Windows, macOS, Linux, network environments and cloud-based administration tools.
  • Strong documentation, analytical, problem-solving and reporting skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • A proactive, collaborative and organised approach, with the ability to prioritise work across multiple regions and time zones.

What we offer:

  • Hybrid working conditions (3:2) – 3 days in the office/on site and 2 days working from home
  • Competitive salary and benefits, including Mental Health Leave
  • Career growth opportunities with senior leadership exposure
  • Be part of the fast-growing prop-tech sector focused on sustainability

Why EPX?
