Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive technical support for hardware, software, and network issues across the organization.
• Troubleshoot computer networking problems, including DNS, TCP/IP, VPN, firewall configurations, and LAN/WAN connectivity.
• Support Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office suite, Linux environments, and Windows Server platforms.
• Assist with Active Directory management, user account creation, permissions setup, and password resets.
• Conduct equipment troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and other peripherals.
• Maintain documentation of technical issues, resolutions, and system configurations for future reference.

Requirements

• Proven experience in IT support roles with strong troubleshooting skills in hardware and software environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with help desk systems for managing support tickets.
• Solid understanding of computer networking concepts including TCP/IP protocols, DNS management, VPN setup, and firewall configuration.
• Hands-on experience supporting Windows (including Windows Server) and Linux operating systems.
• Knowledge of Active Directory management and user account administration.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve equipment issues related to hardware components such as motherboards, hard drives, RAM, etc.
• Excellent communication skills with a customer service-oriented mindset to assist users effectively.
• Familiarity with IT infrastructure components like routers, switches, network cables, and wireless access points.
• Strong analysis skills to identify root causes of technical problems quickly and accurately.

Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
