IT Specialist

About the role

Sinobest Refrigeration Inc. is looking for an IT Specialist who can handle both IT technical support and digital marketing requirements of the company. The ideal candidate should be technically capable, creative, and comfortable working with computers, networks, Google platforms, marketing materials, and presentation preparation.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and software applications.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, internet, and network-related issues.
• Manage office network, routers, switches, Wi-Fi, and IP configurations.
• Assist in server configuration, maintenance, backup, and basic security.
• Manage company email accounts, user access, and permissions.
• Provide IT support to office personnel and project sites when required.
• Monitor and troubleshoot CCTV and other IT-related systems.
• Manage and assist in the implementation of Google Ads / Google Marketing campaigns.
• Create, monitor, and optimize online advertising campaigns based on company marketing objectives.

About you

• Graduate of Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Multimedia Arts, Digital Marketing, or a related course.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Strong computer troubleshooting and IT support skills.
• Knowledgeable in basic networking, TCP/IP, routers, switches, and IP configuration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience with Google Ads / Google Marketing is an advantage.
• Knowledge of graphic design and editing software is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
