Job Summary

Responsible for providing technical support, maintaining IT systems and infrastructure, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring the smooth and secure operation of the company’s IT environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, email accounts, and access rights.
• Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and internet connectivity issues.
• Support Microsoft 365, Windows operating systems, and common business applications.
• Perform regular system updates, backups, antivirus monitoring, and basic cybersecurity checks.
• Maintain IT assets, inventory, licenses, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers when required.
• Support CCTV, access control, IP phones, and other IT-related systems.
• Ensure compliance with company IT policies and information security requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant IT experience.
• Good knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, networking, and IT troubleshooting.
• Understanding of cybersecurity, data backup, and access control principles.
• Good knowledge of computer hardware, printers, and network devices.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple technical issues and provide timely user support.
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, CCNA, or Microsoft certifications are preferred.
• Good command of English.
