- Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, cloud platforms, and security systems.
- Plan, implement, and monitor enterprise network solutions based on Cisco and Microsoft Azure technologies.
- Ensure availability, performance, reliability, and security of all IT systems and services.
- Lead and manage ICT projects from planning, implementation, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
- Develop and implement IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and best practices.
- Establish and maintain Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) in accordance with ISO 27001 standards.
- Conduct risk assessments, security audits, vulnerability management, and incident response activities.
- Manage IT vendors, service providers, budgets, and project resources.
- Provide leadership and technical guidance to internal IT teams.
- Prepare technical documentation, policies, procedures, and management reports.
