JOB SUMMARY

Provides Technical Support to all ACCESS-TB employees

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Sets up and configures desktops, laptops, and printers

2. Installs and configures computer software

3. In charge of the installation, configuration, monitoring, andmaintenance of firewall and antivirus software

4. In charge of the installation, configuration, monitoring, andmaintenance of Internet, LAN/WLAN, and servers

5. Provides office application support

6. Troubleshoots and resolves issues with hardware, software, and network

7. Identifying hardware and software solutions

8. Troubleshooting technical issues

9. Diagnosing and repairing faults

10. Resolving network issues

11. Installing and configuring hardware and software

12. Speaking to customers to quickly get to the root of their problem

13. Providing timely and accurate customer feedback

14. Talking customers through a series of actions to resolve a problem

15. Following up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved

16. Replacing or repairing the necessary parts

17. Supporting the roll-out of new applications

18. Providing support in the form of procedural documentation

19. Managing multiple cases at one time

20. Testing and evaluating new technologies

21. Conducting electrical safety checks on equipment

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION GUIDELINES

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science,Information Technology, or relatedprograms/courses

Experience : At least 1-2 years’ experience astechnical support

Other / Special Skills : Knowledge on Fortinet Management, Cisco Networking Devices, G-Suites, Windows Servers, Active Directory.

Area of Assignment: Citynet Central, Mandaluyong City

Contract Type: Project-Based (until December 31, 2026)

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php27,000.00 per month
