IT Specialist

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled computer operator and IT specialist to join our team. He/she should be proficient in computer operations, data management, and basic IT troubleshooting. Candidate with strong typing skills, good command over MS Word , MS excel and ability to use AI tools for drafting and documentation will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Efficient in computer operation, data entry and documentation work.

2. Manage and Maintain computer system, networks and office software.

3. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on daily basis.

4. Manage backups, antivirus, system updates and basic IT security.

5. Prepare letters, reports and notices using MS office.

6. Provide IT support to staff and resolve queries.

7. Manage email setups, printer issues, internet connectivity and CCTV/ biometric systems.

8. Use AI tools (ChatGPT, canva AI, Excel AI features, etc.) for drafting, designing, typing, and improving office productivity.

Skills Required:

1. Fast and accurate typing skills.

2. Strong knowledge of MS word, Excel and PowerPoint.

3. Ability to use AI tools for documentation and design.

4. Basic networking and troubleshooting knowledge.

5. Good communication and problem solving skills.

6. He/She should be able to work independently.

Qualification:

Graduate or Diploma in computer sciences/ IT/ any related field.
