IT Specialist

Job Summary

The Resort IT Specialist manages, maintains, and troubleshoots the technology infrastructure required to support both guest services and hospitality operations in a 24/7 resort environment.

Core Duties & Responsibilities

• Guest Technology Support: Maintain reliable property-wide Wi-Fi, in-room entertainment networks, and electronic room key systems.
• Hospitality Systems Management: Support and update critical software, including Property Management Systems (PMS).
• Network & Hardware Maintenance: Oversee routers, access points, workstations, printers, and telecommunications equipment across the resort campus.
• Security & Compliance: Secure guest and corporate data while ensuring all payment processing setups maintain PCI compliance.
• Staff Helpdesk Assistance: Provide prompt technical support to resort departments (Front Desk, Housekeeping, F&B) to ensure uninterrupted operations.

Basic Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Experience: At least 1 year of IT experience, Fresh Grad are welcome to apply.
• Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi configuration), hardware troubleshooting, and Windows/Mac OS operating systems.
• Core Competencies: Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent customer service skills, and the flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
