We are looking for a IT Specialist based in Hong Kong to support our technology team's daily operations. This role involves working closely with the technical department to streamline internal workflows and provide hands-on support for application development and maintenance.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in reviewing and optimising internal workflows and processes within the technical department

• Support internal application development, including requirement gathering, testing, and documentation

• Facilitate communication and coordination between the Hong Kong technical team and mainland (Shanghai) counterparts

• Provide day-to-day technical support and assist in troubleshooting basic issues

• Undertake other technical support tasks as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (or above) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

• Must hold valid legal work/internship authorization in Hong Kong (e.g. student visa, work visa, dependent visa, etc.)

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken

• Basic Mandarin/Cantonese communication skills are a plus, but not required

• Basic programming skills or relevant computer science background

• Strong logical thinking, quick learner, and good team collaboration skills

• Prior internship or project experience is a plus

• Current students and fresh graduates are welcome to apply

• Willingness to travel between Hong Kong and Shanghai for business trips is required
