IT SPECIALIST (SOFTWARE & NETWORKING)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Specialist to manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, network systems, and software applications. The successful candidate will ensure stable network connectivity, reliable system performance, and smooth daily operations across our Lifestyle Entertainment, KTV, Lounge, and Restaurant outlets.

Work Location: PIK 2 and South Jakarta, Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities

Networking

• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, access points, and other network infrastructure.
• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Ruijie/Ruijie Reyee networking devices.
• Monitor network performance and ensure stable internet connectivity across all outlets and offices.
• Manage IP addressing, VLANs, routing, firewall configurations, and network security.
• Identify and resolve network issues and perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal network performance.

Software & IT Support

• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot software applications and operating systems.
• Manage and maintain POS systems, KTV billing systems, and other operational applications.
• Troubleshoot computers, printers, databases, and application integration issues.
• Perform data backups, software updates, and user access management to ensure system security and reliability.
• Provide technical support to departments and outlets and coordinate with vendors when necessary.
• Conduct on-site technical support visits to company outlets in PIK 2 and South Jakarta as required.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in IT Networking, Software Support, or IT Infrastructure.
• Proven proficiency in Ruijie/Ruijie Reyee networking devices, including configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, firewalls, VLANs, and network troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of hardware and software installation, database management, and POS/KTV billing systems.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Willingness to work on a shift-based schedule, including Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, according to the company’s operational requirements.
• Willingness to travel between company locations in PIK 2 and South Jakarta as required.
