IT Specialist

Responsible for managing, maintaining, and supporting the hotel and restaurant’s information systems, hardware, software, and network infrastructure. The role ensures smooth day-to-day operations by providing reliable IT support, safeguarding data, and delivering accurate management information reports.

IT Systems & Infrastructure

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, servers, POS systems, printers, CCTV, and network equipment
• Ensure uninterrupted operation of PMS (Property Management System), POS systems, accounting software, and reservation platforms
• Monitor internet connectivity, Wi-Fi access, and network security across all outlets and guest areas
• Coordinate with third-party IT vendors and service providers

MIS & Reporting

• Generate and submit daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management
• Maintain databases related to sales, occupancy, revenue, inventory, and payroll
• Ensure accuracy and timely submission of operational and financial reports
• Assist departments in data analysis and system-generated reports

System Security & Data Protection

• Implement data backup procedures and disaster recovery plans
• Maintain user access controls and system permissions
• Ensure compliance with data privacy policies and company IT standards
• Monitor system logs and prevent unauthorized access

User Support & Training

• Provide technical support to hotel and restaurant staff
• Conduct basic IT orientation and system training for new employees
• Troubleshoot system issues affecting Front Office, F&B, Banquet, Sales, and Accounting
• Respond promptly to IT-related incidents and service requests

Policies & Documentation

• Maintain IT policies, system documentation, and asset inventories
• Ensure proper licensing of software and compliance with vendor agreements
• Recommend system upgrades and improvements aligned with operational needs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php16,770.00 per month
