IT Specialist I

Under the direction of the MIS Supervisor, the IT Specialist I is responsible for carrying out the following functional areas: System Maintenance, Technical Support for End-users, Members and Guests, Network Cabling and other assigned duties

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidate must possess a least Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.

• Knowledge in network cabling and IT support

• Technical Troubleshooting, Basic Software Programming, Designing and Configuring Network, Servicing different levels of end-users and preparing reports

• Willing to work during weekends and holidays

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Maintains the seamless operations of the hardware and software being used by our systems.

• Supports and maintains the connectivity of the network infrastructure.

• Monitors the network and computer services security.

• Ensures availability of data when generating reports.

• Provides technical assistance to end-users.

• Designs and implements useful applications for the operations.
