IT Specialist (Onsite-Graveyard)

We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Specialist to join our team and provide day-to-day technical support and maintenance for our systems and network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have experience in an IT support role within a BPO setting and demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to end-users (hardware, software, network issues)
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other devices
• Manage user accounts and permissions (Active Directory, Office 365, etc.)
• Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues
• Ensure systems are regularly updated with patches and antivirus protection
• Perform routine backups and data recovery tasks
• Document IT processes and solutions for internal reference
• Collaborate with vendors for equipment procurement and warranty support
• Provide support for onboarding/offboarding processes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field
• At least 1–2 years of experience as an IT Support Specialist, preferably in a BPO setting
• Familiarity with Windows OS, network administration, and basic server management
• Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-service mindset
• Willing to work onsite and on a graveyard shift

Preferred Skills (Not Required):

• Knowledge of VoIP systems
• Experience with cybersecurity best practices
• Certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, etc.)

Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php55,000.00 per month
