Job Summary

• Oversee Property IT Operations

  • Manage all hotel technology systems, networks, hardware, software, email, internet services, backups, and system maintenance to ensure uninterrupted operations.

• Provide Technical Support & Problem Resolution

  • Diagnose technical issues, develop solutions, support end users, maintain equipment, and act as the primary escalation point for IT-related concerns.

• Manage IT Infrastructure & Assets

  • Maintain IT inventories, software licensing compliance, hardware lifecycle management, cable infrastructure, and vendor-supported systems.

• Lead Technology Projects & Strategic Planning

  • Plan, prioritize, implement, and monitor technology initiatives, upgrades, and capital projects while ensuring alignment with Marriott standards, budgets, and business needs.

• Ensure Compliance, Security & Policy Adherence

  • Enforce IT policies, SOPs, licensing requirements, data protection practices, and operational standards to safeguard company technology resources.

• Partner with Stakeholders & Vendors

  • Collaborate with hotel leadership, Marriott IR Shared Services, vendors, and associates to communicate IT updates, manage projects, resolve issues, and support business objectives.
