IT / Sr / JR Recruiter

Job Summary

We are looking for a high-performing IT Recruiter with strong experience in niche technology hiring . The ideal candidate should have worked with reputed/top staffing firms and possess consistent career growth with proven performance excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Contract-to-Hire (C2H) positions.
• Source, screen, and close candidates for niche IT skills including:
• Full Stack Development
• AI/ML & Data Science
• Cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Data Engineering / Analytics
• Work closely with Account Managers / Delivery Heads to understand client requirements.
• Manage vendor coordination and candidate pipeline effectively.
• Ensure quick turnaround time (TAT) and high submission-to-closure ratio.
• Conduct initial technical screening and salary negotiations.
• Maintain ATS hygiene and ensure proper documentation/compliance.
• Build strong talent pipelines for recurring client demands.
• Maintain excellent stakeholder and candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 2-10 years of IT recruitment experience.
• Must have worked with a top/reputed staffing firm.
• Proven track record of closing niche/critical IT positions.
• Experience handling C2H hiring for enterprise clients.
• Strong understanding of technology stacks (Full Stack, AI/ML, Cloud, Data).
