IT Staff Business Development

About the role

This role involves demonstrating IT products (applications, information systems, etc.) and serving as a communication bridge that translates client business needs to the internal technical team (developers/engineers). You will manage communication with users and clients in a structured manner, lead periodic evaluation meetings (weekly/monthly reviews) to report project implementation progress, and present technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct demonstrations of IT products (applications, information systems, etc.)
• Translate client business needs to the internal technical team (developers/engineers)
• Manage communication with users and clients in a structured and measurable way
• Lead periodic evaluation meetings (weekly/monthly reviews) to report project implementation progress to users
• Present progress, work results, and technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
• Communicate confidently with teams, clients, and external stakeholders

About you

• Fluent in English (spoken and written) — required, as the main task is presentation and technical communication in English
• Minimum D3 qualification in Information Technology/Information Systems or related field
• Understanding of basic web and app development concepts (not required to be an active coder, but understand the workflow: frontend, backend, database, API, deployment, etc.)
• Able to understand technical documentation, developer team progress reports, and translate them into easily understood presentation materials
• Familiar with collaboration tools and project management
• Preferred: Experience as a Business Analyst, Project Coordinator, or Technical Writer
• Preferred: Experience communicating with international teams/clients
• Preferred: English language certification (TOEFL/IELTS)
