IT Staff

Qualifications.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering or any related field.
• 3 years in IT Support or Application Support and IT infrastructure will be advantage.
• Experience with application development and database management system will be advantage.
• Able to communicate in English both writing and speaking.
• Positive attitude and service minded.
• Fast learning and problem-solving skill.
• Able to work overtime if needed.

Job duties;

• Install, update, and replace IT equipment at annual intervals.
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting both hardware and software issues.
• Support and troubleshoot in ERP, business application and IT infrastructure.
• Provide technical assistance and support to user.
• Assist in ERP and business application area.
• Assist in internal process control such as request management, and inventory control.
• Support Administrative work in IT department.

Working Time:             Monday – Friday Work 5 days / week (08:30 – 17:20)
