What they need
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- With 1–2 years of experience in IT support or a related position preferred.
- Knowledgeable in computer hardware, software installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Familiar with Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and basic networking.
- Knowledge of LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and network troubleshooting is an advantage.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to work on-site and provide technical support to employees.
