Job Summary

OPPO Philippines is looking for an IT Staff (Network & Systems) to support and maintain our IT infrastructure, network operations, servers, cloud services, cybersecurity, and end-user systems.

This position is ideal for fresh graduates and junior IT professionals who are eager to develop their technical skills and gain hands-on experience in enterprise IT operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• 0–1 year of IT, networking, or systems administration experience is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of networking, Windows Server, cloud services, virtualization, and IT security.
• Familiarity with Cisco, Huawei, VMware, Azure, and firewalls is an advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willing to learn and work on-site as needed.
• CCNA, MCSA, VMware, or Fortinet certification is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing network infrastructure, switches, VLANs, VPNs, routing, and Wi-Fi.
• Support Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and user accounts.
• Assist with VMware, Hyper-V, Azure, Microsoft 365, and cloud services.
• Support firewall, endpoint protection, vulnerability assessment, and SIEM monitoring.
• Monitor network and system performance and troubleshoot IT issues.
• Maintain CCTV, access control, NAS, and other IT infrastructure.
• Maintain IT documentation, configurations, and backups.
• Coordinate with IT vendors and Internet Service Providers (ISPs).
• Provide IT support and conduct site visits across offices nationwide when required.
• Perform other IT-related tasks as assigned.
