IT Officer – Requirements
- Male candidate.
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
- Good knowledge of networking and network troubleshooting.
- Familiar with MikroTik configuration and troubleshooting.
- Able to troubleshoot computers, laptops, printers, and other IT devices.
- Familiar with Zahir Accounting Software.
- Good understanding of Windows, Linux, and UniFi systems/devices.
- Able to install and configure Windows, Microsoft Office, and supporting applications.
- Responsive, proactive, diligent, and willing to support users with IT-related issues.
- Good communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- Willing to work overtime when required.
