What they need
Providing IT Assistance to business units / employees when needed.
Resolving logged errors in a timely manner.
Monitoring hardware, software and system performance metrics.
Maintain database and ensure system security.
Documenting processes and performing diagnostic tests.
Other relevant tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess a Bachelor / College Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any other related course.
With at least 1-2 years experience
Knowledgeable in basic PC trouble shooting.
Basic Lan and WAN configuration and installation and POS.
Willing to work in Makati City and can-do field works
WORK SCHEDULE Monday to Saturday
