About the role
Responsible for maintaining and improving computer systems for an organization and its clients. Ensuring there is minimal interruption to business process.
Key responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support for the system, handling user's request, coordinating and arranging technical support service activities.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related problems in the office.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and software application.
- Provide administrative document related IT Department, maintain accurate IT asset record, documentation.
- Assist in any IT related office project.
About you
- Min. Bachelor degree (S1) majoring in Information Technology or relevant fields.
- Experience min. 1 year is preferable, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and good interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge, keep up-to-date on the latest IT trends and best practices.
- Self-motivated, strong commitment and able to work independently.
