Job Description:
- Monitor and maintain data center infrastructure for 24/7 operations.
- Provide L1 incident support, ticketing, and ITIL-based service management.
- Coordinate maintenance, vendors, audits, and operational reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with any related field.
- At least 6 months of experience in experience in data center/IT support.
- CAN START ASAP!
Pay: Up to Php22,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
