WE ARE HIRING: IT STAFF

We are looking for a versatile and hands-on IT Staff who can provide technical support, troubleshoot hardware and software concerns, assist with CCTV and network installation, and create engaging graphic materials for the company.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain PC hardware and software
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, peripherals, and other IT equipment
• Troubleshoot operating system, application, connectivity, and basic technical issues
• Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems
• Network installation, configuration, and troubleshooting, including LAN, routers, switches, and basic network cabling
• Monitor and maintain CCTV and network connectivity across offices and operational sites
• Provide technical support to employees and coordinate IT-related concerns with suppliers or service providers
• Perform preventive maintenance of computers, CCTV systems, network equipment, and other IT assets
• Create graphic designs and visual materials for company announcements, presentations, social media, events, and other business requirements
• Develop creative and professional layouts while following the company's branding and communication standards
• Assist in other IT and technical projects as assigned by management

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of Information Technology, or a related field
• With experience in PC hardware and software troubleshooting and repair
• Knowledgeable in CCTV installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Knowledgeable in computer networking, LAN setup, network cabling, routers, switches, and basic network troubleshooting
• Proficient in graphic design applications such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent tools
• Creative and articulate, with good visual and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Hands-on, resourceful, and willing to learn new technologies
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and respond to technical concerns promptly
• Willing to travel to company sites or gasoline stations when technical support is required

PREFERRED SKILLS

Candidates with experience in any of the following are highly encouraged to apply:

• CCTV installation and maintenance
• LAN/network installation and troubleshooting
• PC assembly and repair
• Windows installation and configuration
• Hardware upgrades and preventive maintenance
• Basic server or network administration
• Graphic design and content creation
• Video editing or basic multimedia production

We are looking for someone who is not only technically capable but also creative and resourceful a person who can troubleshoot a computer in the morning, install a CCTV system in the afternoon, and create a professional graphic material when needed.
