IT Staff

Looking for an IT Staff to provide data encoding, basic technical support, and assistance with the clinic’s day-to-day computer and information system requirements.

JOB SUMMARY

The IT Staff will handle data encoding and updating of electronic records, provide basic troubleshooting and technical support, assist with the setup and proper use of computers and other IT equipment, and help ensure that electronic information is handled accurately, securely, and confidentially.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Encode and update patient, operational, and other authorized information accurately and on time
• Maintain organized and accurate electronic records and files
• Review encoded information for completeness and accuracy
• Provide basic technical support for computers, printers, peripherals, and commonly used software
• Troubleshoot common hardware, software, and connectivity issues
• Assist in the setup and proper use of computers and other IT equipment
• Assist clinic personnel with basic computer and system-related concerns
• Coordinate technical issues requiring further support with the appropriate service provider or technical personnel
• Help ensure the proper handling and security of IT equipment, user access, and electronic information
• Observe confidentiality and comply with clinic policies on data privacy, information security, and proper use of IT resources
• Perform other related data encoding and basic IT support duties as may be reasonably assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related course
• Fresh graduates may be considered
• Knowledge of basic computer hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting
• Proficient in common office applications and comfortable working with computer-based systems
• Good data encoding skills with attention to accuracy and detail
• Organized and able to maintain electronic records properly
• Able to handle patient and company information with confidentiality
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

WORK REQUIREMENTS

• Full-time, onsite position at XentroMall Batangas City
• Willing and able to work during the clinic’s regular operating schedule, including Saturdays or Sundays
• Able to work effectively in a clinic environment and coordinate with medical and administrative personnel
• Able to perform routine computer and data encoding work requiring sustained attention to accuracy and detail
• Willing to perform other related duties reasonably required to support clinic operations
