IT Staff

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and dependable IT Staff to provide day-to-day technical support to employees and assist with the IT needs of JGC businesses. This is an entry-level position open to fresh graduates. Training will be provided to the successful candidate.

Key responsibilities

• Provide basic technical assistance to employees and help troubleshoot computer and software issues.
• Assist with the setup, installation, and maintenance of computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Assist employees with basic network and internet connectivity concerns.
• Set up computers and other IT equipment for new employees.
• Maintain and organize IT equipment and inventory.
• Assist with basic troubleshooting of POS systems, CCTV, and other operational systems.
• Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers when technical issues require external support.
• Assist in maintaining IT records and documentation.
• Provide on-site technical support to JGC businesses when required.
• Perform other IT-related duties as assigned.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
• Willing to learn and develop technical skills.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Patient and service-oriented when assisting users.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible with work schedules and willing to work on weekends, holidays, or outside regular office hours when operationally required.
• Willing to travel between JGC locations when required.
