IT Staff

About the role

Nephro Specialist Inc. is looking for a reliable and technically skilled IT Staff to join our growing team. The role involves providing technical support to employees and company branches, troubleshooting IT issues, and maintaining IT infrastructure across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support to employees and company branches
• Troubleshoot computer, network, software, and hardware issues
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, software, and IT equipment
• Assist in managing company networks, internet connectivity, and IT infrastructure
• Perform system maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting
• Assist in system administration and user account management
• Monitor and maintain IT equipment and company systems
• Assist with CCTV, printers, scanners, and other technology-related equipment
• Maintain proper inventory and documentation of IT assets
• Assist in data backup and basic IT security procedures

About you

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology (IT), Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, System Administration, or a related field
• Experience in IT Support, System Administration, Network Administration, or Technical Support is preferred
• Knowledgeable in computer hardware and software troubleshooting
• Basic to advanced knowledge of networking, LAN/Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and internet connectivity
• Familiar with Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and common business applications
• Knowledge of CCTV systems, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment is an advantage
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Able to work independently and respond to technical concerns promptly
