For Dialysis Facility

We are looking for a reliable and technically skilled IT Staff to support our dialysis facility’s daily technology and system operations.

JOB SUMMARY

The IT Officer/Staff is responsible for maintaining the company’s computers, network infrastructure, software applications, data systems, CCTV, printers, and other IT equipment. The position provides technical support to employees and ensures that IT systems are secure, functional, and available for daily dialysis operations.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
• Provide technical support to employees and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Maintain and troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, internet, routers, switches, and other network equipment.
• Monitor and maintain CCTV systems, including cameras, recording devices, and storage.
• Manage user accounts, passwords, access permissions, and system security.
• Perform regular data backup and assist in data recovery when necessary.
• Install, update, and maintain operating systems, software, and antivirus programs.
• Provide technical support for dialysis facility software, patient information systems, billing systems, and other healthcare-related applications, as applicable.
• Assist in maintaining the security and confidentiality of patient and company information.
• Monitor IT equipment and recommend replacement or upgrading when necessary.
• Maintain an updated inventory of computers, network devices, software licenses, and other IT assets.
• Coordinate with software vendors, internet providers, CCTV providers, and other IT service providers when needed.
• Assist in implementing IT policies, procedures, and cybersecurity measures.
• Conduct preventive maintenance of IT equipment.
• Maintain documentation of IT incidents, repairs, configurations, and system changes.
• Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technology projects.
• Ensure minimal disruption of IT services during clinic/dialysis operations.
• Perform other IT-related duties assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 1–2 years of relevant IT experience is preferred.
• Experience in network troubleshooting, computer hardware/software, and CCTV systems.
• Knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, networking, and basic cybersecurity.
• Experience with healthcare, hospital, clinic, or dialysis facility systems is an advantage.
• Knowledge of database management and backup systems is an advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and respond to urgent technical concerns.
• Willing to work on-site and provide support during facility operations when necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php19,000.00 per month
