IT ASSOCIATE / IT STAFF

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and technically skilled IT Associate to provide technical support, maintain computer systems and networks, and assist employees with hardware and software concerns. The successful candidate will help ensure the company’s IT systems and equipment are working properly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and system-related concerns.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
• Perform regular maintenance and updates of computers and IT equipment.
• Set up computers, user accounts, email accounts, and other required systems for new employees.
• Monitor and maintain the company’s network, internet connection, and basic IT infrastructure.
• Assist in managing and maintaining IT assets and inventory.
• Perform data backup and basic system security procedures.
• Coordinate with internet service providers, software providers, and external IT technicians when necessary.
• Maintain proper documentation of IT equipment, repairs, and technical issues.
• Ensure that company computers, systems, and other IT resources are properly secured and maintained.
• Assist in implementing IT policies, procedures, and security measures.
• Provide technical support during company events, online operations, and other activities when needed.
• Perform other related IT duties as assigned by Management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in IT support or a related position is preferred.
• Knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, printers, and basic network configuration.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple technical concerns.
• Able to work independently and respond promptly to technical issues.

Pay: From Php18,070.00 per hour
