Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled IT Staff member who can provide technical support and assist in web and system development. The ideal candidate should have basic programming and coding skills and be willing to develop and maintain IT solutions that support the company's operations. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and improve company websites and internal systems.
• Write, test, debug, and maintain code for web applications and business systems.
• Assist in developing customized systems to improve operational efficiency.
• Provide technical support for computer hardware, software, printers, and network connectivity.
• Troubleshoot IT-related issues and implement appropriate solutions.
• Maintain databases, system documentation, and IT inventory records.
• Assist in software installation, updates, and system maintenance.
• Ensure data security, system reliability, and proper backup procedures.
• Perform other IT-related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology with specialization in System Development, Computer Engineering, or a related course.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Knowledge of web development, system development, and programming/coding.
• Familiarity with programming languages, databases, and web technologies is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Adaptable, and able to work independently
