IT Staff (Infrastructure)

Job Responsibilities :

1. Server, Storage & Backup

• Assist with basic server maintenance (monitoring, system restarts)
• Monitor storage capacity and report when space is running low
• Assist with data backup and restoration tasks according to the schedule

1. Active Directory : Create, modify, and delete user accounts in Active Directory
2. Email O365 : Basic maintenance and basic troubleshooting / mailbox administration
3. Infrastructure Support (Hardware & Software)

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot system servers and system network
• Install Windows Server OS and necessary software in accordance with company policy

1. Network

• Maintain basic network equipment such as switches, firewalls, and access points
• Monitor LAN/WiFi connectivity status and perform basic troubleshooting
• Perform LAN cabling and network cable organization as required

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree Information technology, Computer Engineer, Information System, Computer Science
• Experience 1-3 years in IT engineer / IT Support in Infrastructure
• Knowledge skill in Network, Server, CCTV, Anti-Virus, Security IT system, Backup
• Experience Microsoft windows and office 365 and troubleshooting
• Good in English language skill (both of spoken and written)
