IT Staffing Professional

Experience Required: 10+ years in IT staffing or recruitment account management

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow key client accounts in the IT staffing domain
• Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders
• Understand client hiring needs and deliver suitable talent solutions
• Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure timely and quality delivery
• Drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high satisfaction levels
• Acquire new client accounts and expand business portfolio
• Oversee Profit and Loss (PnL) management for assigned accounts
• Lead and develop high-performing account management and recruitment teams

Requirements

• Proven experience in IT staffing or recruitment services
• Strong communication and client management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Strategic thinking with a consultative approach to client engagement
• Familiarity with ATS and CRM tools is a plus
