Recent internal promotions have created an opportunity for an experienced IT staffing sales professional to join a high-performing team. You will have strong leadership, an established delivery operation, and the ability to cross-sell into clients’ administrative, accounting, and finance departments—turning many potential cold calls into warm opportunities.

The earning potential is significant. Successful salespeople consistently exceed quota, with some earning more than $500,000 annually .

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business and expand existing client relationships
• Sell onshore, offshore, project-based, and traditional staffing solutions
• Cross-sell staffing services across IT, administrative, accounting, and finance departments
• Build long-term client partnerships and consistently deliver sales results
• Work closely with the delivery team to provide effective staffing solutions
