IT Strategy Manager

For our client, we are seeking an IT Strategy Manager to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

The IT Strategy Manager will help shape and execute enterprise technology direction within a healthcare environment, with a strong focus on strategic evaluation and operating model design. This role will partner closely with business leaders and IT stakeholders to assess needs, translate complex information into clear options, and support decisions that improve efficiency and alignment. The position is well suited to someone who can combine analytical rigor with practical technology consulting experience to drive meaningful transformation.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $128,480 – $176,660 annually

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of the IT strategy
• Lead strategic assessments to evaluate business needs and technology options
• Conduct fact-based analyses and develop transparent recommendations
• Contribute to the design of the IT target operating model
• Drive strategic measures from concept through implementation
• Collaborate with business leaders and IT functions to align requirements
• Prepare management-ready decision materials and communicate complex topics clearly

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• 5-8+ years in IT strategy, technology consulting, or enterprise transformation
• Experience in delivering strategic assessments and technology evaluations with actionable recommendations
• Strong understanding of enterprise IT landscapes and operating models
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex information
• Experience in target operating model design and cost optimization preferred
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
