IT Supervisor - Client Service & Infrastructure (SI Projects)

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead technical team to deliver deskside, server‑side and infrastructure support for internal users and clients (including servers and networking)
• Oversee ITSM processes **(**Incident, Change, Problem, Configuration) and drive improvements aligned with ITIL best practices
• Manage operations including workload planning, ticket queues, SLAs, and IT device support
• Lead incident response,implement preventive measures and apply effective risk management to ensure service continuity and minimize business impact
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, audit requirements and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders on infrastructure, security and application projects

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline
• Minimum 10 years of IT client service/infrastructure experience, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role
• Strong technical knowledge of servers, networking, Active Directory and endpoint management
• Strong analytical skills with ability to identify problems, track issues, and implement solutions
• Hands‑on experience with ITSM tools (e.g., Jira, Lotus Notes, or equivalent)
• ITIL certification preferred; PMP, CCNA, CCNP or equivalent qualifications are an advantage.

• Able to work independently, collaborate effectively, and perform under pressure
• Proactive mindset, eager to improve workflows and challenge the status quo

• Fluency in written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
