IT Supervisor (Base ฺBangkok)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the administration and maintenance of the NetSuite ERP system, including user management, roles and permissions, configurations, and customizations.
• Work closely with key stakeholders across various departments to understand business requirements and support the implementation of appropriate NetSuite solutions.
• Monitor system performance and support system upgrades, patches, and enhancements with minimal disruption to daily operations.
• Ensure proper data integrity, system security, and adherence to NetSuite best practices.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users, including user guidance and training when required.
• Support the implementation and enhancement of NetSuite modules and functionalities to improve business processes and efficiency.
• Monitor and evaluate new NetSuite releases and features and provide recommendations for potential adoption.
• Support integrations between NetSuite and other systems and applications in collaboration with IT and relevant business teams.
• Lead or coordinate NetSuite-related projects and work closely with internal teams and external vendors where required.
• Supervise and provide guidance to junior IT/NetSuite team members as needed.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience working with NetSuite ERP, preferably with experience in administration, customization, and/or integration.
• NetSuite Administrator or Developer certification is preferred.
• Good understanding of ERP principles and business processes, with experience supporting finance, accounting, supply chain, or related functions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating projects or supervising team members is preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, or other NetSuite development tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud-based ERP systems and SaaS solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to system support and improvement.
