IT Supervisor

• Lead and manage the IT Application team in providing application support.
• Monitor application performance, troubleshooting, and incident resolution.
• Prioritize tasks and ensure SLA and issue resolution targets are achieved.
• Coordinate with users, vendors, and management regarding application needs and issues.
• Manage development, testing, deployment, and system improvement processes.
• Prepare application performance reports and improvement plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 4–5 years of experience in Application Support/Application Administration.
• Good understanding of enterprise applications, databases, SQL, and API integration.
• Understanding of deployment, backup, and change management processes.
• Familiar with ERP/POS and other business applications.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central & Azure is a plus.
• Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience in retail, restaurant, or multi-outlet business operations is a plus.
