I.T. SUPERVISOR

About the role

Manage the company's computers, servers, networks, firewalls, Wi-Fi, VPN, internet connections, printers, CCTV and related IT equipment. Administer employee accounts, email, file access, software licenses and endpoint security. Monitor system performance, backups, cybersecurity risks and disaster-recovery readiness. Provide technical support to employees at the Quezon City office, Pulilan warehouse and project sites. Maintain an updated inventory of IT assets, licenses, warranties and service records. Develop and enforce IT policies covering cybersecurity, acceptable use, passwords, access control, backups and data protection. Coordinate with Odoo/ERP providers, consultants and department users to resolve system issues and improve workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support to employees at the Quezon City office, Pulilan warehouse and project sites
• Maintain an updated inventory of IT assets, licenses, warranties and service records
• Develop and enforce IT policies covering cybersecurity, acceptable use, passwords, access control, backups and data protection
• Coordinate with Odoo/ERP providers, consultants and department users to resolve system issues and improve workflows
• Assist with ERP master data, user permissions, testing, documentation and implementation of system improvements
• Evaluate and coordinate IT suppliers, contractors, subscriptions and service providers
• Prepare the annual IT budget and recommend appropriate hardware, software and infrastructure investments

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or a related field
• At least five years of relevant IT experience, including two years in a supervisory, team-lead or senior technical role
• Strong hands-on knowledge of LAN/WAN, firewalls, routers, managed switches, Wi-Fi systems, VPNs and multiple internet connections
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, Windows computers, user accounts and access permissions
• Knowledge of servers, cloud services, virtualization, data backup and disaster-recovery systems
• Working knowledge of cybersecurity, endpoint protection, phishing prevention, access control and incident response
• Experience with ERP systems such as Odoo is strongly preferred
• Capable of coordinating ERP vendors and translating operational requirements into clear system requirements
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities
• Able to explain technical matters clearly to non-technical employees and management
