IT Supervisor

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise and manage the IT team and daily IT operations.
• Provide support for hardware, software, network, and system-related concerns.
• Facilitate and manage the outsourced Operations System in coordination with the external system provider.
• Coordinate with Operations and other departments regarding system requirements, issues, and enhancements.
• Monitor and follow up with the system provider on system issues, updates, and requested improvements.
• Facilitate system implementation, testing, user orientation, and training.
• Manage user access, system security, and data backup.
• Identify opportunities for system and process improvements.
• Prepare IT and system-related reports and recommendations for Management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• At least 3 years of IT experience, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in Operations System support or administration, particularly with an outsourced system provider.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Good coordination and leadership skills.
• Willing to work in Pasay City
