IT Supervisor

The IT Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the organization’s IT infrastructure, systems, and operational technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals. This role ensures reliable, secure, and efficient IT operations across offices, cloud environments, and end-user support, while proactively identifying and mitigating risks.

The IT Supervisor combines hands-on technical expertise with strong team leadership to manage infrastructure, assets, security, and support processes that enable business continuity and operational efficiency. The role also drives continuous improvement initiatives, optimizes IT service delivery, and fosters a culture of accountability and innovation within the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain SAP Business One infrastructure to enable the Finance team to run all aspects of their day-to-day work.
• Maintain a dynamic inventory system that tracks assets, their location, assigned users, and current value to ensure accurate resource management.
• Audit user activity, verify access revocation, and ensure sensitive data is protected and security policies are enforced.
• Define, implement, and monitor security policies and practices to safeguard data and maintain compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
• Oversee and maintain on-premises networks, servers, and connectivity to ensure availability, performance, and operational continuity.
• Administer and monitor server environments, subscriptions, and cloud resources to maintain reliable operations, data pipelines, and reporting platforms.
• Manage and track all IT support requests, ensuring timely resolution, proper prioritization, and clear communication to maintain end-user satisfaction.
• Oversee IT subscriptions, hardware, and cloud assets, ensuring proper provisioning, lifecycle management, renewals, and cost-effective utilization to support business operations.

Leadership & Organizational Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop IT teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and support career development within the IT organization.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to align IT operations with business needs and objectives.
• Manage resource allocation, timelines, and priorities to optimize IT team productivity and operational effectiveness.
• Support adoption of new tools, technologies, and processes to enhance IT service delivery and operational efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and/or other related courses
• At least 3-5 years of experience in IT Manager Role or a proven track record in a similar position, working with a team in a similar or adjacent industry.
• Proven experience managing IT infrastructure, operations, and support teams in medium-to-large organizations or growth-oriented environments.
• Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, cloud environments, system administration, and enterprise applications such as SAP Business One.
• Understanding of security, compliance, and operational governance best practices.
• Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into actionable IT plans and reliable technology operations.
• Experience implementing IT support workflows, asset management systems, and operational standards.

Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
