Job Title: IT Supervisor (CCTV & Networking)

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and proactive IT Supervisor to oversee day-to-day IT operations, with a strong focus on CCTV monitoring, network troubleshooting, and resolving routine office IT issues. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth technology operations, maintain system uptime, and provide timely support to staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage CCTV systems, including live surveillance, recording integrity, camera functionality, and incident reporting
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve networking issues (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, firewalls, and connectivity problems)
• Handle daily office IT support requests: hardware/software troubleshooting, printer issues, user account management, email, password resets, and workstation setup
• Perform routine system maintenance, backups, updates, and basic security checks
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs, network upgrades, or CCTV servicing when needed
• Maintain IT inventory, documentation, and incident logs
• Provide guidance and basic training to staff on common IT tools and best practices
• Escalate complex issues appropriately while ensuring minimal downtime

Requirements

• Proven experience in IT support or supervision, preferably with CCTV systems and networking
• Strong hands-on knowledge of network troubleshooting, Windows environments, and common office hardware/software
• Familiarity with CCTV platforms, IP cameras, NVRs/DVRs, and basic video management systems
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
• Good communication skills and a customer-service oriented approach
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize daily support tickets

Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, A+, or equivalent) are a plus

Pay: From Rs70,000.00 per month
