IT Supervisor

Job Specifications

• Oversees daily IT operations, including hardware, software, networks, and system maintenance.
• Ensures the reliability of the company systems including POS, HRIS, CCTV, and Wi-Fi.
• Provides technical support and resolves IT-related issues across all departments.
• Implements IT security, data backup, and data privacy measures.
• Supervises IT personnel and coordinates with external service providers.
• Manages IT assets, maintenance schedules, and system upgrades.
• Prepares IT reports and recommends technology improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant IT experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Hospitality industry experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of network administration, cybersecurity, hardware, software, and hospitality systems.
• Strong leadership, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• High integrity, accountability, and confidentiality.
• Willingness to work flexible hours as operationally required.

Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month
