IT Supervisor

• Analyze existing security systems and make recommendations for changes or improvements
• Prepare reports and action plans in the event that a security breech does occur
• Organize and conduct tests and “ethical hacks” of the existing security architecture
• Monitor the network and provide early warning of abnormalities or problems
• Upgrade systems regularly to remain competitive in the field of security
• Communicate the system status and keep users informed of downtime or changes to the system
• Keep technical knowledge current through continuing education
• Provide system updates and write code fixes
• Regularly perform security checks and troubleshooting
• Suggest and implement solutions for improvement
• Track existing processes and offer solutions for improvement
• Implement new processes with the goal to optimize company's security system
• Work with with the development team Perform regular audits and provide reports
• Monitor company's server traffic and tickets
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex risk structures to non-technical business stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities, organizational alignment, and the ability to handle multiple project tracks under tight schedules.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Experience: 2–4 years of overall experience in IT infrastructure, network security, or IT audit environments.
• Leadership: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory, team leadership, or project management capacity.

Pay: Php27,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
