Our client looking for IT Supervisor / Senior IT Specialist to manage the IT infrastructure across our head office and multi-site chain branches. You will lead IT setups for new branch openings, manage vendor relationships, and ensure the seamless operation of core systems including CCTV, POS, Network, ERP, CRM, and Access Control.

Key Responsibilities:

• New Branch IT Setup & Rollout: Manage end-to-end IT deployment for new branch openings, including network setup, hardware installation, and system testing.
• Vendor Management: Coordinate and manage external vendors/contractors for hardware procurement, installation, and on-site support.
• Core Systems & Software Management: Oversee and maintain enterprise applications and business systems, including ERP, CRM, POS terminals, booking/service apps, and member management software.
• Network & Infrastructure (L2/L3): Configure, manage, and troubleshoot enterprise networks (LAN/WAN, VPN, Firewalls, Wi-Fi). Design and support Layer 2 (VLAN, STP, Trunking) and Layer 3 (Inter-VLAN routing, OSPF, Subnetting) architectures for multi-site connectivity.
• Security & Branch Hardware: Manage physical security and branch hardware systems, including CCTV and Access Control Systems (turnstiles/RFID readers).
• Multi-site Support & Operations: Act as the escalation point for Tier 2/3 IT issues, system upgrades, and coordinate with regional teams.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Experience: 3–5 years+ in IT operations, System implementation, or new site deployment (Multi-site or retail chain experience is a plus).
• Strong proficiency in L2/L3 networking, Windows/Linux servers, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/M365).
• Experience managing ERP, CRM, POS, and database operations.
• Enterprise firewalls, CCTV systems, and Access Control hardware.
• Good command of English
