IT Support (12-Month Contract)

Job Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support and troubleshoot user issues.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair laptops and IT equipment.
• Set up laptops, install programs, configure devices, and support both Windows and Mac environments.
• Manage and maintain IT assets, including asset tracking, inventory, assignment, and equipment records.
• Receive, track, and update support requests through Jira Ticketing System.
• Handle urgent/VIP IT support, including meeting room and presentation setup.
• Coordinate with internal teams or vendors for hardware repair and technical issues.
• Provide on-call IT support when required.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in IT Support, Helpdesk, Desktop Support, or a related role.
• Hands-on experience supporting both Windows and Mac environments.
• Experience with Jira or other IT ticketing systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with laptop setup, software installation, and hardware troubleshooting.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Able to handle urgent/VIP requests and work under pressure.
• Willing to work 100% onsite and provide weekend on-call support.
