About the role

The IT Technical Support role provides day-to-day technical support, troubleshoots IT issues, maintains devices and systems, manages user access, and ensures smooth and secure IT operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
• Manage user accounts, access control, and permissions
• Perform system upgrades, patching, and routine maintenance
• Troubleshoot system, network, and application-related issues
• Assist in network monitoring and connectivity troubleshooting
• Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation
• Support backup and recovery processes
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards

About you

• Able to start work immediately and willing to work shifts
• Diploma / Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in IT support
• Basic knowledge of Windows OS, networking fundamentals, and hardware troubleshooting
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
