IT Support Analyst

Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and technically capable IT Support Analyst to provide day-to-day technical support across our business operations.

The successful candidate will support internal users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, maintain IT systems and assist with the implementation and support of enterprise IT solutions. The role will also work closely with teams involved in system integration, technology distribution, advanced manufacturing and supply chain operations.

This position offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting business-critical technology and working with a variety of enterprise IT environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level and second-level IT support to employees across the organisation.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network and system-related issues.
• Set up, configure and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices and other IT equipment.
• Install, configure and maintain operating systems, business applications and software.
• Provide support for Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, email and other workplace applications.
• Manage user accounts, system access and basic permissions in accordance with company policies.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity, Wi-Fi, VPN, printers and other IT infrastructure issues.
• Support enterprise applications and systems used across sales, distribution, operations and supply chain functions.
• Assist with the implementation, configuration and maintenance of integrated IT systems.
• Provide technical support for system integration projects and business technology solutions.
• Assist users with issues related to ERP, CRM, inventory, order management and supply chain platforms.
• Support IT requirements for technology distribution and advanced manufacturing-related operations.
• Maintain accurate records of IT assets, equipment, software licences and support requests.
• Monitor and follow up on IT incidents and service requests to ensure timely resolution.
• Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT staff, vendors or external service providers when required.
• Coordinate with technology vendors and system integration partners on technical issues and projects.
• Assist with software upgrades, system deployments, hardware replacements and IT improvement projects.
• Support new employee onboarding, including user accounts, system access and IT equipment setup.
• Maintain IT documentation, user guides, troubleshooting procedures and system records.
• Assist with basic IT security, backup and system maintenance activities.
• Perform other IT support and technical duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in IT support, desktop support, help desk or a similar role.
• Fresh graduates with relevant IT knowledge or internship experience are welcome to apply.
• Good working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams and common business applications.
• Basic understanding of networking, TCP/IP, VPN, Wi-Fi, hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting ERP, CRM, inventory or supply chain systems is an advantage.
• Familiarity with system integration or enterprise IT environments is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users.
• Detail-oriented, organised and able to manage multiple support requests.
• Proactive, responsible and willing to learn new technologies.
• Able to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with different teams.

Working Environment

The IT Support Analyst will work closely with IT, Sales, Operations, Technology Distribution, System Integration, Manufacturing and Supply Chain teams to ensure reliable and efficient technology support across the organisation.

The role provides exposure to a range of enterprise IT solutions and integrated business systems supporting day-to-day operations and long-term technology initiatives.

Pay: $3,200.00 - $4,200.00 per month
