IT Support Analyst

Location: Bangkok

Salary: 65,000 THB + Good Benefits

Cathcart Technology is partnering with a well-established international organisation to find an experienced IT Support Analyst to join their team in Bangkok.

This opportunity is ideal for IT Support professionals who enjoy working directly with users, troubleshooting technical issues, supporting business-critical systems, and delivering excellent customer service in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support for users, handling incidents and service requests from initial contact through to resolution.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft products, operating systems, applications, hardware, networks, and infrastructure.
• Provide technical support for video conferencing and audio-visual equipment.
• Manage and maintain IT tickets, ensuring requests are accurately logged, updated, tracked, and resolved within agreed SLA/OLA targets.
• Oversee routine IT maintenance, operational checks, and system support activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve IT services, introduce new technologies, and encourage technology adoption across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in an IT Support, IT Officer, Service Desk, or similar customer-facing IT role.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows operating systems.
• Knowledge of video conferencing and audio-visual technologies.
• Able to Communicate in English well
• IT-related certifications such as ITIL or Microsoft certifications would be an advantage.
